Connie Sinclair is the program coordinator at the Curb Center for Art, Enterprise, and Public Policy. She is responsible for oversight of program budgets, coordinating and planning Curb Center special events, working with special projects and on-going seminar series programs, and assisting with creative development of promotional materials for the Curb Center. Sinclair also acts as a liaison for the Curb Center with University faculty and staff, outside groups, and the community.
Sinclair's professional experience includes serving as Assistant to the Director of Vanderbilt's Center for Molecular Neuroscience, designing and co-owning an art-deco style restaurant, teaching group and private studio art and design lessons to adults and children, and creating commissioned oil-on-canvas works of art for individual clients. Her artwork is found in the permanent collection of Belmont University in Nashville as well as in private collections.
As an adult student, Sinclair earned a BFA in Art from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She continues her commitment to life-long learning as a current student in the Vanderbilt Masters of Liberal Arts and Science (MLAS) program.
